Saving Project...

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Furnish labor, materials and services necessary replace 4 units on 1st floor roof at Arlington Court. Replace 4 units on 1St floor roof: 1 ea. for Office/Lobby 15T unit, Community room 15T unit. Both require a curb adapter and field installed economizer. Game room 2T unit requires a curb adapter, no economizer required & Side Entrance lobby area 6T unit. Does not need a curb adapter but has a field installed economizer. Packaged Carrier units with roof curbs where needed will be supplied by Housing Authority from Auer Steel. Removal and disposal of units will be provided by contractor. Refrigerant will be removed by HACM employees prior to removal of units. All needed electrical and gas connections to be provided by contractor. Units will be reconnected to existing control systems. Start up with verification will be provided by contractor. Units are tentatively scheduled for delivery in November or December. Work shall commence within 5 business days of award of contract, and be completed within 10 days of start date. Scheduling of work will be coordinated with HACM Maintenance Operations 414-286-2931.
