Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Ripon, California. Completed plans call for the expansion of a primary / secondary education facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lease Leaseback Project. General Contactor seeking sub bids only. This bid is inclusive of all work related to the Ripon High School Portables Project and the New Agricultural Technology Center, Increment 1. Scope includes setting three (3) new portable classrooms and related sitework, construction of new three (3) classroom wood framed building, new parking lot, establish building pad for future building (Increment #2), miscellaneous site work throughout campus and updates to existing student and staff restrooms as indicated within the construction documents. Portables being purchased and placed under separate contract. Please submit all bid proposals, questions and RFI's to estimator@ctbrayton.com or fax to 209-838-3960. Bid proposals emailed elsewhere may not be received in time to be considered.
