Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing ("Owner") is Toronto's largest non-profit supportive housing agency providing rent-geared-to-income housing and housing supports to individuals who are living with persistent mental illnesses and other special needs. They currently manage nearly 60 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto. The Owner invites quotes for designated substance surveys. Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this RFQ process on behalf of the Owner. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
