Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Repentigny, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 20,250-square-foot, two-story above grade, eight-room educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Expansion the elementary school building. The scope of the project includes the construction of an addition that will house eight regular classrooms. The project also includes a redevelopment of interior building spaces. TIMELINE: The project development was temporarily stopped at the stage of working drawings due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the Quebec school funding system. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026.
