The San Mateo Resource Conservation District (SMRCD) invites qualified contractors to bid on the Loma Mar Pipeline Replacement and Water Plant Upgrade Project. The purpose of this request for bids is to select a contractor for the Project to conduct the following implementation activities: (1) installation of approximately 4,376 lineal feet of 4-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HPDE) distribution pipeline in the roadway within two pressure zones, (2) installation of approximately 2,232 lineal feet of 3-inch HDPE supply pipeline from the existing storage tanks to the water treatment plant, (3) installation of flushing hydrants at select locations throughout the system, (4) installation of service connections from the mainline to the curb stops along with associated meters, and (5) restoration of paved roadways and other work areas.
