The scope of work consists of asphalt concrete pavement repairs performed at Hilo International - Airport on an as - needed basis To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor A license at the time of bidding. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response.
