Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the complete abrasive blast of HWSAs Witmer Road 1.0 million gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank interior and exterior, full containment, metal repairs and application of interior and exterior coatings, and other improvements to tank appurtenances. The Contract also includes addition of a ceiling in the control room in the Herman Road Tank as specified in the Contract Documents. All project work is in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. Work is contained under one lump sum contract. Probable Cost Estimate Range $ 1.1 to $1.7 million.
