A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: **RFQ is the only document available** Catawba County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Professional Firms interested in providing Architectural/Engineering Design services required to design and construct a facility that will serve agencies housed in the current Agricultural Resources Center, including Cooperative Extension Services, Water & Soil, North Carolina Forestry, and shared spaces to serve both the ARC agencies and CVCC instructional use. The design may include renovation of the existing building, addition, new construction, or a combination. The selected Firm should be prepared to have complete drawings and specifications for bidding and permitting, for the East Campus ARC project, ready for submission for all applicable permits and authorizations within 180 calendar days of being given a notice to proceed by the County. Written questions regarding the RFQ shall be emailed to tinawright@catawbacountync.gov by November 8, 2022. Responses to questions will be provided in the form of an Addendum. Catawba County reserves the right to reject any/all submittals. The County assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of this request, the preparation or submission of a qualifications statement by a Firm, the evaluation of statements or final selection.
