Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Jamison, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
As of November 23, 2022. Project is cancelled. No definite time for re-bid. The work to be done under this Contract consists of all labor, equipment, materials and other facilities necessary and proper to complete in place the Building Demolition at 2834 Dark Hollow Road, Jamison, PA - Contract A: Asbestos Abatement and Contract B: Demolition, including but not limited to site preparation, asbestos abatement, stripping of structures, well abandonment, heating oil storage tank removal, septic system abandonment, removal of environmental items, demolition, backfill, grading and stabilization, transportation and disposal of all demolition wastes, and clean-up as specified. Bidders must certify that they have visited the site. An upload on your companys letterhead will be required verifying the location has been visited. Bids received without this upload will not be considered. Clarification deadline 11/18/2022 12:00 pm . All explanations, interpretations and instructions required under these specifications will be given by the Purchasing Director or designated Representative based on written requests from bidders submitted to the solicitation on the PennBid website. All questions must be submitted by noon on November 18, 2022; the questions will be answered by 5:00 pm on November 22, 2022.
