Site work for a transportation facility in Inola, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The City of Tulsa - Rogers County Port Authority is accepting bids for construction from Union Pacific's mainline Wagoner Subdivision, of an existing inactive rail spur being redeveloped to serve the Tulsa Port of Inola. This Project is made possible through federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Transportation's INFRA (Infrastructure for Rebuilding America) Program FY2020 under the Nationally Significant Freight and Highway Projects (NSFHP) - Federal Award No. 693JF72I40028. This Project will be bid as one bid package to include all trackwork, grading, and utility work. The work for the bid package is as follows: Bid Package This project includes all work and materials required for the track installation, removal and replacement of track, active warning systems, and crossing panels of the Inola Industrial Rail Facility. This project also includes all work and materials for demolition, grading, drainage, and utility work required to support the installation of the track. The construction schedule is from contract execution to substantial completion by November 30, 2023. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within ten (10) working days from and after the date the award is made. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to the City of Tulsa - Rogers County Port Authority. The sealed proposal of each bidder shall be accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Bid Support Questionnaire (required whether prequalified by the City of Tulsa or the Oklahoma Department of Transportation or not).
