Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Conover, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Separate sealed SINGLE PRIME BIDS for Manufacturing Solutions Center Plaza for the landscape and hardscape to be completed in Conover, NC are requested from qualified, licensed General Contractors. All single prime bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed by the state of North Carolina. Bidders are advised that only written responses to questions (responses will be made a part of an addendum) will be considered as modifications to the Contract Documents. Verbal responses are not valid. All questions should be sent in writing as per Section 006319 - Document Clarification Request (DCR) by email to the Architects office at least five (5) business days prior to the date for receipt of bids - by Wednesday, November 9th, 2022. The City of Conover reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time.
