Construction of the GoRaleigh Passenger Amenity Improvements -- Set 7 Project. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project consists generally of the following major items: Bus stop and site amenities, including electrical connections, to existing and proposed bus stop locations as shown on the plans. The work will generally consist of clearing, grading, concrete pads and _ sidewalks, installing amenities, establishing electrical connections, traffic control, and other related items.
