For 3265 Spalding Drive Drainage Maintenance and Improvement Project - The storm sewer system in the vicinity of 3265 Spalding Drive is composed of a brick-wall catch basin, a drop inlet buried under sedimentation, as well as 18" CMP pipe runs. The existing catch basin opening is too small to capture the storm runoff and the drop inlet is buried under sedimentation. This project aims to resolve the ponding at the drop inlet and provide adequately sized infrastructure to convey the storm runoff preventing sedimentation and ponding. The scope of this project includes removing a buried drop inlet and replacing with a precast concrete headwall, installation of a single wing catch basin, removing and replacing a brick catch basin with a new precast concrete catch basin, removing an existing brick manhole and replacing with a 48" diameter precast concrete manhole, and removing three 18" CMP pipe runs and replacing them with three 18" RCP pipe runs, removing stone curbs and replacing with concrete curb and gutter.
