The Parish of St. Charles, hereby advertises bids for construction of SCP E. Dufresne Community Center Ida and Window Repairs as follows: SCP E. Dufresne Community Center Ida and Window Repairs Exterior and interior damage repairs to the community center caused by Hurricane Ida. Additional repairs/modifications to the window flashing, exterior and interior paid for by the Owner. The Bidding Documents (Contract Documents, Specifications and Drawings) are available to Contractors who are properly licensed in Louisiana or to bona fide suppliers of materials and equipment. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public Bid Law, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. ST.
