The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for provision of construction services for the Wedgewood Pool Upgrade, located at 351 Cairncroft Rd, Oakville ON L6J 4M7. The existing pool liner and other pool amenities have reached the end of their useful life and require replacement. Sections of the concrete pool deck also requires replacement. The work includes accessibility upgrades and barriers removal identified during an existing audit of the space. Miscellaneous additional upgrades, such as replacement of the mansard roof, breaker panel, hot water tank, and main disconnect are also included, and further described in Section 4 Scope of Work and Specifications.
