Site work and renovation of a civil project in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of November 23 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. 1. Removal of existing lift station equipment and piping at the Schwanz Lake Storm Lift Station. The project includes the removal of the existing precast wet well lid and existing control manhole structure. 2. Replace buried gate valves between the control manhole and lift station wet well and between the wet well and Schwanz Lake. 3. Reuse the existing wet well and furnish and install new valve vault and control manhole structures. Install pumps, piping, fittings, valves, and all related appurtenances inside the wet well. 4. Furnish and install new controls and SCADA infrastructure for the lift station. Replace existing electrical service to the station with new, including coordination with serving utility. 5. Furnish and install a new intake structure and pipe in Schwanz Lake on the end of the lift station intake pipe. 6. Perform various minor improvements to other structures and pipes around the pond and the various miscellaneous site improvements as detailed in the Contract Documents. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
