Lakeview Avenue Pump Station Replacement. Work includes furnishing & installing a buried pre-fabricated water booster pump station, including pumps, valves, piping, associated appurtenances, instrumentation, wiring and conduit, associated electrical equipment, and all other accessories as shown on the drawings. The scope also includes demolition of the existing buried pump station, site restoration, installation of approximately 150 LF of 8-inch DI water main, valves, hydrants, and connections to the existing water main. Electrical scope includes furnishing and installing new electrical conduit and wire, a new utility cabinet with service connection, and new conduit and wiring from existing radio antenna to the new pump station. The scope of work includes: 1. Furnish and install a pre-fabricated concrete water booster pump station, including pumps, valves, pipes and associated appurtenances, instrumentation, wiring and conduit, associated electrical equipment, and all other accessories inside the pre-fabricated vault as shown on the contract drawings. 2. Earthwork and sitework associated with setting the pump station vault. 3. Installing approximately 150 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, including all fittings and gate valves, polyethylene encasement, fire hydrants, trench backfill, solid sleeves, couplings, joints and thrust restraints, testing and disinfecting, and connection to the existing water main including coordination of shutdown of the existing pump station with Danvers Water and Fire Departments. 4. Earthwork associated with electrical conduit lines, pouring concrete pads for above ground electrical equipment. 5. Electrical work including furnishing of a new electrical utility cabinet, installing new fiber and conduit from the cabinet to the new pump station, and installing new conduit and wiring from existing radio antenna to new pump station. 6. Demolition of the existing pump station as shown on the drawings, surface restoration, including protective fencing around the new pump station, and paving and loaming/seeding.
