Renovation of a water / sewer project in Harwich Port, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Minimum wage rates as determined by the commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, sections 26 to 27D, as amended apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the contractor to request if necessary any additional information on Minimum Wage Ratesfor those trades people who may be employed for the proposed work under this contract. See attached State Wage Rates for this project. The scope of work under this project includes the removal & disposal of a failed submersible motor, pump, and all associated equipment and replacement with a 3 phase, 460v 60hp premium efficient motor invertor duty & vertical turbine pump. The new pump is required to produce 600GPM @ 280 TDH. Quote to include all parts and labor to provide a fully operational well. The award of a contract under this procurement will be granted to the most responsible and responsive vender offering the best price. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, 17(a) all contracts in the amount of $10,000 or more shall be in writing, as such, the vendor selected to complete this project will be required to execute the Town of Harwich Agreement and furnish proof of insurance as identified in Article 12 of the agreement. The Contractor shall guarantee that all equipment, work and services performed under this contract shall be warranteed for one year after installation.
