Demolition and site work for a retail development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provide removal of designated hazardous materials identified in the attached appendices. .2 Demolish existing buildings. .3 Foundations and slabs to remain. .4 Remove, cap and terminate utilities as required by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. .5 Backfill and compaction for removals.
