This Invitation to Tender consists of the manufacture, supply, and delivery of aluminum sign blanks, on an as and when required basis, for a 2-year period from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2024, with the option to renew for two-year periods exercised in one-year increments upon written agreement by both parties. To be delivered as and when required for the period indicated at the request of the department. Quantities or dollar values stated are an estimate made in good faith and may vary considerably. The Province of N.B. reserves the right to purchase more or lesser amounts depending on requirements CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA To assure availability of quantities and sizes throughout the contract duration, the estimated quantity contract will be awarded to the single lowest price vendor who meets the specification herein. To be eligible for contract award, vendors must bid on all items. Partial bids will be rejected. Vendors must bid directly on this invitation to tender form. SPECIFICATIONS Specifications are attached to this Invitation to Tender. DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE The vendor shall deliver the quantity and size of blank signs to the above-mentioned shipping location within thirty (30) days after receipt of an order on an AS AND WHEN" basis. Shipments must be packaged and delivered in accordance with the specifications outlined in this invitation to tender. Bids must include the cost of delivery to the above-mentioned shipping address.
