Demolish and remove from site all buildings and structures, to include (if found to be present) well and/or pump houses, walls, foundations, footings, basements, roofing materials, doors, windows, steps, slabs, walkways, HVAC systems, pools, storage buildings, metal, wood, paper, glass, bottles, cans, garbage, and other debris present on this site. If found to be present, lawfully abandon and/or remove and/or fill private well(s) and septic tank(s). Clean lot. There is one primary structure to be removed from this site: (1) single-family residential home with porches (approximately 1,320 SF includes porches). Remove porches, underground and overhead wiring not connected to electrical service, and other items associated with the primary structure. Remove all building and construction materials, rubbish, trash, debris, tall weeds, tall grass, undergrowth, downed trees, fallen limbs, logs, and organic debris piles from lot. If present, remove shrubs, bushes, and trees from perimeter of buildings, lot lines, and fence lines. Remove concrete walkways, pavers, CMU's, stones, etc. Dispose of all materials and debris at approved landfills and/or processing sites
