Trask Hatchery New Residence Site Preparation. Contract is for a public work subject to BOLI wage rates. ODFW seeks to prepare a site for a new residence at the Trask Hatchery. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to perform the Trask Hatchery New Residence Site Preparation Project including but not limited to: 1. Grading, cut, and fill required or the new earthwork improvements such as the residence driveway, access road, and pad. 2. Installation of new domestic water, electrical, and septic utilities. 3. Any/all Federal, State, County, or City permits associated with the Building, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and any SDC fees, or similar fees or permits that may apply. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. PROVIDE SITE ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS. INCLUDES GRUBBING/CLEARING, EXCAVATION, FILL, SURFACE ROCK, COMPACTION, & FEATURES FOR SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT. 2. CONNECT TO EXISTING DOMESTIC WATER & ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & ROUTE TO NEW HOME SITE. PROVIDE NEW SEPTIC PIPING, TANK, & DRAINFIELD. 3. CLEAR & LEVEL AREA FOR NEW RESIDENCE.
