The City of Vienna, Missouri, requests qualifications for engineering report, design, and construction services to assist in a proposed project consisting of WWTP expansion and collection system improvement project. Information provided to the City must include at a minimum:
A) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required;
B) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project, and the ability to begin work immediately shall receive primary consideration.
C) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; and
D) The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located, and ability to serve the project. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications.
The relative importance of these qualifications will be (A) 25%; (B) 30%; C) 30%; and (D) 15%. Once the most qualified firm is selected, a cost for the facility plan/study amendment will be negotiated separately from the cost of engineering design services and construction services. It is further requested that the information submitted to the City include references from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past five years.
