This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Building Department Services to provide a full range of plan review and building inspection services for the Town of Granby for the term of two (2) years with the possibility of contract renewal. TABOR rules will apply to the contract. This RFP is intended to gather pertinent information concerning the ability of applicant to meet the needs of the Town and to provide the highest possible level of customer service to the community. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this RFP must be received by November 23, 2022 and be submitted via email to: Ted Cherry, Town Manager Email: tcherry@townofgranby.com The Town intends to select the firm and execute an agreement by early 2023 and to begin work soon after. The Scope of Work will be finalized with the firm and submitted with a professional services agreement for consideration by the Board of Trustees. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
