Project is included City of Duluth 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of October 22, 2024, this project is in design and will not bid until Spring 2025. Design to be complete June 2025 and construction complete Fall 2028. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Duluth requests proposals for the following projects: 22-99740 RFP for Engineering Services for West Superior St Design (Carlton St. to W. Michigan St.) The City of Duluth is interested in retaining a consultant to provide design engineering services for the reconstruction of West Superior Street from Carlton Street to West Michigan Street through the Lincoln Park Craft District. The City is planning a total street and utility reconstruction with the development of an active transportation corridor. The project is anticipated to be constructed over a three-and-a-half-year period starting in late summer of 2025, and continuing through the summer of 2028. Construction administration and inspection services are not included in this request.
