A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: On behalf of the Town of Old Lyme, the Halls Road Improvement Committee (HRIC) invites sealed proposals from qualified design firms to provide the services to design, permit, prepare public bid documents, and oversee the bid process to construct a new pedestrian bridge over the Lieutenant River along with approach pathways, and associated site improvements described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
