This project is to upgrade Hanging Lake Tunnels (HLT) existing redundant multimode fiber optic network to single mode. The work to be performed under this Scope of Work is at the Interstate 70 Hanging Lake Tunnels, Glenwood Springs, CO. Specifically, between cross pass 1 and 8, which are accessed from the bores of the tunnels. Question Acceptance Deadline 11/09/2022 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online : Yes There will be a question and answer period. All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Purchasing Agent, identified above, no later than 2:00pm MT on November 9, 2022. Answers to all questions submitted will be posted in the form of an amendment on BidNet no later than 4:00pm MT on November 10, 2022. It will be the bidder's responsibility to read the amendments and submit signature pages reflecting the modifications This section must include all required items from Section III of the Bid Document (Page 7) sections 3.1 - 3.6. To be considered a responsive bidder, this phase must also include the service disclosure form (Page 11 of the bid document).
