The McAllen Public Utility (MPU) is soliciting electronic bids for a Supply Contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Gate Valves meeting American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards. Potential Bidders are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled Clarifications under the relative project number. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action. To view this solicitation and submit a bid response, you must first register in the Citys bidding portal. Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person.
