The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (CCSB) intends to establish and agreement with a qualified Licensed Site Contractor for Site Work - Contract Labor to be utilized for District-Wide services on an as-needed basis, and to secure firm, fixed unit prices for the contract period as specified herein. Services shall include all qualified labor, supervision, technical expertise, equipment, tools, trade accessories, materials, fuel, transportation, travel time, insurance, profit, and other costs necessary to provide the required work in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications herein. In brief, the scope of this contract shall require Contractor to complete various projects, on an as-needed basis, commonly performed by Site Work Contractors with customary powered earth-moving related equipment. Work shall generally consist of clearing, grubbing, excavating, demolishing, back-filling, soil compacting, grading, and leveling of raw and developed land areas to accommodate various type improvements. Typical projects shall include, but not limited to: Land Clearing Road & Parking Lot Improvements Storm Water Repair Demolition Utilities, Installation & Repairs: Water, Sewer, Lift Stations, etc. Irrigation Site Cleanup Signage Other similar work tasks deemed necessary by CCSB Question End Date 11/2/2022 12:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 12/13/2022 Piggyback Solicitation No Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No Bid Bond Amount Performance Bond Required No
