Project Location: 301 Givens Street, Waxhaw NC 28173 The Bidder states that they understand the work of the Base Bid must be substantially completed within 335 consecutive calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Final completion of the work for the Base Bid must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days of substantial completion Project No. 22103.00
