Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/11/04 03:00:00 PM NT Deconstruction work to include removal of fixed chairs, resilient sheet flooring, wall cove base, drywall ceiling and miscellaneous related items. New work to include, but not necessarily be limited to: - Installation of new resilient sheet flooring including wall cove base and nosing at stages; - Installation of new T-bar ceiling; - Painting of walls (2 colours to be chosen by Owner); - Installation of new swing away seating, table systems, and portable table systems; and - Electrical work to provide power connections for new seating and table system.
