Paradise Valley Maintenance and Monitoring District (PVMMD) is soliciting proposals for maintenance and emergency response services for PVMMD from qualified licensed, bonded, and insured general contractors. The contractor shall provide routine open space maintenance, emergency repair, and other related maintenance services as outlined in Appendix A - Contractor Services Agreement. No federal or state monies will be used to pay for the services described in this RFP. All services will be funded with special assessment tax levied on properties within the PVMMD There will not be a mandatory pre-proposal conference held for this solicitation. Deadline to Submit Questions: November 22, 2022 Anticipated Agreement Award: December 20, 2022 Agreement Start Date: January 1, 2023 The contractor must possess and submit a copy of a valid Class A or Class C-27 contractors licenses issued by the California State Contractor Licensing Board. The initial term of this contract shall be from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025, with the option for up to three 2-year extensions upon written approval from PVMMD. The PVMMD is funded exclusively with special assessment tax levied annually on properties within the PVMMD. No federal or state monies will be used to pay for the services described in this RFP. The available budget for maintenance and emergency response services in the PVMMD is $86,470 per year.
