As of November 14,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project is for the construction of approximately 998 linear feet of sidewalk, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in equal amount to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide said surety.
