Seeks interested contractors and vendors to provide pricing and cost proposals for the replacement of the existing chillers at Wilson and West Florence High School. Cost and price proposals are to be submitted electronically via the e-mail Project Scope: Mechanical Upgrades Civil/Utility Modifications Structural Upgrades Locations: West Florence High School (221 North Beltline Drive, Florence, SC 29501) Wilson High School (1411 E Old Marion Hwy, Florence, SC 29506 Contracts will be awarded upon the completion and acceptance by the Owner and a notice to proceed will be issued shortly thereafter. November 7, 2022 at 5pm will be the last day for accepting questions in writing. Contractor understands this is an active learning facility and they are subject to Criminal background checks and documentation will need to be provided upon request. Work at the existing facilities must be done after the school day is over ( i.e., 2nd shift) and/or on weekends. 6The construction site is an active learning facility and all construction personnel must enact adequate safety measures to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, and staff on-site. 7. DAILY CLEANUP REQUIREMENT: Each contractor/subcontractor shall allow a minimum of 30 minutes at the end of its work period, more if necessary, to clean up its work are, including sweeping and mopping as necessary, to insure that the work area is clean and ready the next day for student and school staff use. Debris and demolished materials must be disposed in the provided onsite dumpster, prior to the start of the next school day. 8. Prices shall be good for 45 days.
