The Trinity Public Utilities District (District) to provide Vegetation Pruning ,Clearing, and Removal work, Bid Number 22-B3. Telephone inquiries may be directed to David DeLange, Vegetation Project Manager at (530) 623-5537, or ddelange@trinitypud.com. Pursuant to Section 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code, the successful Bidder shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. Copies of such prevailing rate of per diem wages are available on the State of California Department of Industrial Relations Website. If the project is determined to fall under the State of California Public Works Compliance Monitory Unit, the successful Bidder will be notified that Certified Payroll Records and Statements of Employer Payments must be completed. A copy of the Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Compliance Monitoring Unit Certified Payroll Records Certified Payroll Records Application Contractor's User Guide (the "e-CPR User Guide") will be included in the bid packet.
