*As of November 29, 2022, all trades have been let. Construction of a new 4-story, 56 unit senior apartment building with associated common areas, 5,100 SF childcare center, parking, open space and site work. Bidders shall assume private market wages for the apartment section of the building and commercial prevailing wage rates for the childcare section of the building.
