Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sechelt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace most interior doors at the Sunshine Coast Arena (SCA) located at 5982 Shoal Way , Sechelt, BC; and all interior doors at the Gibsons and District Aquatic Facility (GDAF) located at 953 Gibsons Way, Gibsons BC. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing, supply and install of 31 solid core maple veneer doors, 3 metal clad doors, 14 metal clad 90-minute fire rated doors, 1 mineral core solid wood maple veneer fire rated door, 1 solid core wood painted fire rated door, asscociated hardware, frames (where applicable) and painting/finishing of all interior doors and frames.
