Site work for a water / sewer project in East Tawakoni, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for the several items and quantities as follows: 1. Replace 8 Inlet/Outlet Piping & Drain Assembly 2. Cap and Abandon Existing Piping 3. Installation of 8 Gate Valve A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety is required with each bid for those contracts that exceed $100,000. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of East Tawakoni or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of East Tawakoni reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of East Tawakoni for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award.
