Subproject A - Upper Country Club Water Distribution Pipeline Replacement Subproject B - Magnolia Water Distribution Pipeline Replacement Subproject C - Hollywood Way Water Transmission Pipeline Clean and Lining Subproject D - Transmission Pipeline Valves Replacement All four subprojects (described in Attachment A) that all need to be substantially complete by November 2024. The City anticipates undertaking a two-step process to select the Progressive Design-Builder for our Pipeline project(s). The first step is the release of this RFQ to solicit SOQs from interested Design-Builders. The City will then evaluate the SOQs based on the Evaluation Criteria listed in this solicitation. Based on this evaluation, the City will short-list no more than three potential Contractors who will be invited to advance to the RFP phase of the process. BWP is a municipal utility serving the needs of the Citys approximately 28,800 customer meters within a service area of 17 square miles. The utility includes 276 miles of pipe ranging in size from 3 inches to 30 inches in diameter.
