As of September 20, 2023, this project has been completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) is hereby given by the Tahoe Douglas Visitors Authority (TDVA) to receive Proposals from firms that can provide a 60 x 112 professional portable hardwood basketball floor and accessories for the proposed Tahoe South Events Center being constructed on the the southwest corner of US Highway 50 and Lake Parkway, Stateline, Nevada. Pursuant to NRS 338.1691(g), all contact and questions concerning the RFP should be addressed to Robert Tamborski, Project Manager, International Coliseums Company, at rtamborski@coliseums.com . PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 60 x 112 portable professional basketball floor Storage carts, transitional ramping. Painted Border, Center Logo, Arena Logo This proposal covers the supply and delivery of portable basketball floor All material and work called for, or implied, by the drawings and specifications, together with all necessary incidentals, whether referred to or not, as will be required to complete the work to the full intent and meaning of the drawings and specifications. A final selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and references without regard to race, creed, color, or gender. The TDVA extends this invitation to all qualified bidders. The TDVA, in its evaluation of submissions, will make equity a top priority.
