Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Esquimalt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 67,145-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Kinetic Construction Ltd., as Construction Manager, will be receiving prices from qualified bidders for this project. Trade Packages included ALL scopes pertaining to the new construction of the Esquimalt Public Safety Building, other than Civil & Excavation (including blasting and Bank Stabilization) which will be provided for in Tender Package 5 (TP5). The Town of Esquimalt will be constructing a new Public Safety Building on the site of their existing facility at 500 Park Place. The Police and Fire Department have moved into temporary facilities where they will serve the community over the next 2 years. Demolition of the existing structure is underway and will be complete by the end of October 2022. Kinetic Construction Ltd is the construction manager for this project. Trade contracts for TP6 will be a CCA-1 signed with Kinetic Construction. Work will commence in late 2022. Tender documents will be provided to those trades that indicate their intention to bid, by emailing tenders@kineticconstruction.com (attention John Fee). The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
