Award of Contract EST November 18, 2022 Notice to Proceed EST December 23, 2022 The objective of this RFP is to provide sufficient information to enable qualified Offerors to submit written proposals to the City of Colorado Springs. The RFP is not a contractual offer or commitment to purchase products or services. The Offeror may present options and variables to the scope while still meeting the minimum requirements of this solicitation. Innovative proposals/solutions are encouraged and considered in the selection and/or award. All information included in proposals must be legible. Any and all corrections and or erasures must be initialed by Offeror. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cover letter signed by an authorized representative of the Offeror. The contents of the proposal submitted by the successful Offeror may become part of any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Any offer received and not withdrawn shall be considered an offer, which may be accepted by the City of Colorado Springs based on initial submission without discussions or negotiations. The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right (a) to reject any or all offers,(b) to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or (c) to accept any portion of an offer if deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs. Failure of the Offeror to provide in its offer any information requested in the RFP may result in rejection of the offer for non-responsiveness. The City of Colorado Springs intends to make one award, using the evaluation criteria listed in this RFP, to determine the best value, considering all factors and criteria in the proposals submitted. Best value means the expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Citys estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirements detailed in the RFP. The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to not make an award. Contractor will performance preliminary corner search pre-construction, setting reference monuments, and replacing property corners (5X5) monuments post construction. Contractor will also perform Boundary/land survey for property corners inadvertently destroyed without reference and replace protocol at construction sites within the City of Colorado Springs.
