Site work for a water / sewer project in Eddyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is the removal of approximately 500 linear feet of deteriorated cast iron sewer piping and replacement with PVC piping. Removal and replacement of approximately 5,000 square feet of 3-coat suspended plaster ceiling will be necessary to access the piping. Upon completion of piping and plaster work, the new and existing ceiling is to be cleaned and painted. To accommodate the overhead work in the existing Kitchen and Dining Areas, a temporary Kitchen/Dining facility is to be constructed on existing paved surface with necessary utility connections. The temporary facility shall be rented for a minimum of 3 months as required for completion of the interior work.
