MD Anderson is seeking Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) Services for FDPC-210065, Replace UPS Systems - 1MC Data Center. The 1MC Data Center UPS infrastructure needs replacement due to lifecycle and business operation demand on the server load. The project scope requires the AE to conduct an assessment for expansion, and for the CMR to complete the upgrades. The AE will review utilizing ~7,000 SF additional floor area, adding power and HVAC cooling; while providing upgrades to the building's utility infrastructure through equipment replacement or upgrades, and any other items necessary to support its anticipated growth for the next 10+ years.
