The work shall begin by April 15, 2023 (weather depending) and completed by July 1, 2023. This project is subject to the Prevailing Wage laws in the State of Illinois. May Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities therein. The 56'W x 64'L x 16'H post frame building will be used for cold storage. Exterior Doors: (2) 20' x 14' Insulated overhead doors with operator & remote in sidewall (1) 3' x 6'8" Steel insulated walk door with locksetElectric: 200 Amp electric: Remove concrete length of apron and trench to install conduit. Back fill trench & pour 6' concrete over opening. Connect to existing panel & install 200 amp panel. Install (9) LED lights with motion sensors, (2) garage door wiring, (1) exterior GFI outlet, (6) interior GFI outlets, (3) exterior wall packs & (1) 240 volt 60-amp outlet. Wire in walls will be in 3/4 " EMT conduit & wire in ceiling will be MC cable.
