Renovation of a mixed-use development in Yonkers, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The City of Yonkers (the City) is seeking a vendor to provide roof repair services at two (2) City locations. Awarded vendor must provide all necessary equipment and materials required to perform this service. Awarded vendor must comply with all current and future federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes. A description of the services required is listed for each location. Firm, fixed pricing is to be given for each location. Vendor must provide pricing on both locations in order to be eligible for award. The City prefers to award on an all or none basis but reserves the right to award by location if deemed the Best Interest of the City. A New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Prevailing Wage Rate Case Number has been assigned to this project. The PRC case number is 2022011864.
