The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to upgrade the pressure tank plumbing and HVAC at the residence of Father Hennepin State Park. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Per Minn. Stat. 326B.701, unless exempt, any Person, as defined by Minn. Stat. 181.723, subd. 1(a), who performs public or private building construction or improvement services must be registered with the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Registration is required prior to receiving a contract award.
