Estimated cost range is $30,000 - $40,000. The work to be performed consists of the CONTRACTOR furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specification for the Relocation of Temporary Shelter Structure and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The work includes, but is not limited to: Disassembly of existing shelter structures located at 2180 E. Foothill Blvd, removal and replacement of fabric/cover, disposal of telescoping bases, relocation, re-assembly and re-anchoring of the structure at Fire Station 33, and installation of new fabric over framework per the contract documents and assembly instructions. Existing frames are 30'W x 36'L x 21'H and 30'W x 40'L x 21'H. When relocated the 40'L frame shall be reduced to 32'L and both frames shall be abutted against each other to form one continuous structure that is 30'W x 68'L x 21'H. The fabric purchased shall be ShelterLogic, ShelterTech, Barn Style, ultra-duty, white, or an approved equal manufacturer. Contractor shall provide two cover kits which include the cover, front and back panels, and new ratchets as required for replacement covers. The sizes of the fabric shall be as follows: - 30'W x 36'L x 21'H - 30'W x 32'L x 21'H CONTRACTOR shall provide safe and adequate pedestrian access at all times. Vehicular movement at and around all construction sites shall be provided and maintained at all times. Fire Station 33 will remain active during construction. Contractor shall not impede access to the station and/or hinder activities at the station during construction. Approved barriers and signs (traffic flagging personnel, if necessary), shall be furnished and utilized by the CONTRACTOR to ensure safety and public access to businesses at all times *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
