Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in National City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The general scope of work is to remove and replace existing waterproofing system with Coelan Parking Heavy-Duty System or as equal at the parking structure located at 1200 National City Blvd, National City, CA 91950. The parking structure is to be re-striped to match existing. Caulking and sealant at the horizontal and vertical transitions connecting the parking slab to the adjacent sidewalks is to be removed and replaced with Kempertec Joint Sealant or as equal. The City shall pay all permit fees to be paid to the City Building Department and Sweetwater Authority. All other fees shall be paid by the Contractor. The Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the project and pull all permits..
