The Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Counties Board of Cooperative Educational Services hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: BID# 22-902 DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract with a qualified Door & Hardware Contractor to provide Door and Hardware Replacement as specified in the Project Documents. The project includes the removal of old and the installation of new doors and associated hardware at The Donald F. Myers and Southern Adirondack Education Center for a complete turnkey job. The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex Counties reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Door Replacement Project Timeline: WSWHE BOCES requests this project, whether singularly for each door or in its entirety by location be completed with the least disruption to students and staff. Ideally the project will be completed in its entirety for both the Saratoga and Hudson Falls locations during WSWHE BOCES scheduled Thanksgiving Recess and/or Holiday Recess. The Thanksgiving Recess starts Wednesday November 23 rd , 2022 and ends Friday November 25th, 2022. The Holiday Recess starts Friday December 23 rd , 2022 and ends Monday January 2 nd 2023.
